What’s the point staying in an oceanfront building if you don’t have a great view. There are many condos that have excellent views when you are standing out of the balcony. This unit has a wall in the Master Bedroom which is wall to wall, floor to ceiling glass. You can sit on the bed and enjoy a view like you were actually on the beach. Sleeping space is available for 8 adults, but we are restricted to six by building rules. TV’s in the Living Room and each bedroom offer HBO and Showtime. Computer with High Speed Internet. Full size washer and dryer. This is one of Ocean City’s largest 2 BR condos.
The Golden Sands has more amenities than any other condo complex in Ocean City. The highlight is the half acre recreation deck which offers tennis, racketball, a regular pool and well as a kiddie pool, shuffleboard, and various shops outline the deck offering a minimarket, deli, ice cream, and various beach sundries.
The centerpiece of the deck is the oceanfront bar and grill which is right next to the Golden Sand’s private beach. On the Penthouse level of the building located on the 22nd floor, they have another pool, fitness center, saunas, and party areas. The glass walls on both sides of the building provide ocean and beach views which are unmatched in Ocean City.
